Our first-hand knowledge of the regions we tour makes your life easier. Earn your commission with the confidence of knowing we spend time immersing ourselves in a new region as we design a tour. Because we have explored the areas personally, we create an authentic experience for each tour participant. We are also happy to provide strategic advice for pre- and post-tour travels.
Small groups of well-traveled people create a more memorable experience. Our regular departures travel with as few as 4 and a maximum of 21, depending on the tour. For FITs and custom groups, we can travel with as few as 1 and as many as 25.
Tier pricing allows us to guarantee more departures sooner. We’ve structured different price levels for small, smaller, and really small groups.
Excellent guides, who treat each traveler as a guest in their homeland, give your travelers a personal connection to the destination. Natives of the area, they are well-trained, fun to be with, and speak American English fluently. They share their knowledge about the history, culture, food and wine of the region as they provide insights into local customs.
Carefully chosen hotels and restaurants provide luxury, comfort, and authenticity. We choose lodgings (most of which are 4- or 5-star) to reflect the culture of the area, avoiding chain hotels. We carefully consider location, because we want travelers to be able to simply walk out the hotel door to enjoy their free time. We dine in restaurants that provide the best in local cuisine and serve good regional wines with meals.
Our tours are paced for enjoyment with a mix of planned activities, free time, and impromptu offerings. We concentrate on small areas so can spend multiple nights in hotels and offer more relaxation. Less time is wasted packing and unpacking.

Our solo-friendly approach appeals to those who travel on their own, but enjoy the company of other experienced travelers. We don’t mark up our single supplements. We only pass along what the hotels charge us.
Flexibility of set tour dates, as well as FITs, means that you can customize our tours for people with differing travel needs. We are happy to work with you.
Included trip cancellation/interruption insurance ensures a worry-free journey. We buy trip medical cancellation/interruption insurance for each scheduled tour member. If a client needs to cancel within 60 days for an insured reason (illness or injury to themselves, their traveling companion, or immediate family member as certified by a qualified physician), he or she will suffer no financial penalty.
Ease of communication between our office and yours means you can give your travelers quick and reliable answers to their questions. Our office is staffed Monday through Friday and we are available by phone (1-800-227-7889 or 504-522-7888) and e-mail (info@cobblestonetours.com). We send pre-tour information packages both to you and to your travelers. That way you see what they are getting, but you don’t have the responsibility to forward it to them.
